At Beginnings | Maternity and Newborn Photography, my goal is to create beautiful imagery, lasting memory pieces for the homes of my clients, and photographs they will cherish for years to come.

I do what I love, which is photographing new little lives and the emotion and love that surround them. Whether through the anticipation and love of parents-to-be for their yet unborn child, or through the sweetness of a new baby. Part of why I do what I do is because I get the honour of sharing in the celebration of these new lives, and new beginnings. I get the privilege of having a small part in creating memories of this incredibly special and exciting time in your family’s life.

And the other part of why I do what I do? Simply that I love it. I just love photography. I love learning it, I love improving, finding new skills and honing the ones I already have. I love capturing moments. I love creating something beautiful that my clients will love and appreciate and cherish. I love that with every single session I fall more in love with what I do. Not everyone is as lucky as I am to have a job that they love and enjoy and that challenges them. I am grateful that I was able to find that.

I have big dreams for Beginnings | Maternity and Newborn Photography. Big plans. My goal is to one day make it the very best in Newborn and Maternity photography in the Ottawa Valley. I work toward this with every session that I do. I thank each and every one of my clients, past and future, for their part in making me better at what I do and helping me to reach my goals for myself and my business.
